Taking the MASYAP Corner radio programme to the women
The radio producer recorded in a support group so that members who could not travel to the studio could tell their own stories.
As part of the MASYAP Corner radio programme, the Women’s Coordinator took the producer to record in a support group. This let the producer see the communities where the women run their businesses and talk face to face with members who could not afford the transport to record in the studio.
The women spoke about how MASYAP has helped them, from microfinance to school fees for their children and home-based care.
