Visiting every youth group: drama, care for the elderly and the challenges girls face
The Youth Coordinator visited all youth groups, including Makungwa, Chatha and M’miliwa, to follow up on their activities and hear about their challenges.
All of MASYAP’s youth support groups were visited, including Makungwa, Chatha and M’miliwa.
The visits follow up on the girls’ activities, such as spreading HIV prevention messages through drama and caring for elderly people in their communities.
They also give the girls a chance to talk to the Youth Coordinator about challenges in their daily lives, such as paying secondary school fees or finding food for orphans.
