Youth chairladies’ meeting: what makes a good leader
At the second chairladies’ meeting of 2022, youth leaders discussed the qualities of a good leader.
MASYAP holds a chairladies’ meeting twice a year, bringing together the chairladies of all its youth groups to discuss leadership, new ideas and the challenges their groups face.
This was the second and final meeting of 2022, and it focused on helping the chairladies become good leaders. They agreed that a good leader:
- has strong morals
- works as part of a team
- is honest
- has integrity
- does not oppress others
- listens well
- works hard
