Eid al-Adha 2026: Qurbani for more than 1,000 families
Hasene International provided 450 goats for 1,000 families, and the Muslim World League added 150 packs of Qurbani meat.
At Eid al-Adha, Muslims around the world share Qurbani meat with family, friends and people in need, promoting compassion and unity. In that spirit, MASYAP ran a large Qurbani distribution for vulnerable households across southern Malawi.

On 28 May 2026, with the generous support of Hasene International, MASYAP distributed 450 goats to support group members and vulnerable households at Maone Vocational Centre, benefiting 1,000 families. Many would otherwise have struggled to have nutritious food for Eid.
On 29 May, the Muslim World League donated 150 packs of Qurbani meat for more vulnerable households.
The distribution brought essential food, strengthened community solidarity and made sure the blessings of Eid reached those most in need.
